David Phillips Contract, incorporating PeelMount, is the specialist Contract Furnishing division of the David Phillips Group – the UK’s largest specialist furnishing services company dedicated to working with property professionals. The origins of the David Phillips Contract business go back almost 50 years to the founding of PeelMount in 1967, which became a member of the David Phillips Group in 2012.

We specialise in creating design-led ‘home from home’ environments for those living away from home in student accommodation, retirement living developments, sheltered and supported housing and other residential settings provided by the private, public and third sectors. We also work extensively with Housing Associations and Local Authorities to furnish residential properties, and hold a number of contracts to supply furniture, white goods and floor coverings to local residents on behalf of Local Authorities.

We furnish and refurbish accommodation of all types, providing loose furniture, appliances, accessories, window treatments, floor coverings, and FF&E solutions for projects of any scale. We keep everything in-house - from product sourcing and development, space planning and interior design to project management, delivery and installation – ensuring that we’re able to provide a completely managed and integrated service that stays within your time frame and budget.
